We are seeking seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chartered Accountant to lead a Tea company’s financial operations, compliance, and planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in manufacturing finance, cost control, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring financial stability and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounts function
Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory norms
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory requirements
Handle direct and indirect taxation, assessments, and audits
Drive cost analysis and control mechanisms, especially in manufacturing operations
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors,
and government authorities
Lead internal audits and strengthen internal control systems
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and expansion plans
Ensure timely closure of books and accurate MIS reporting for management
Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
10+ years of post-qualification experience
Solid experience in manufacturing/industrial sector (preferably ferro alloys, metals, or similar industries)
Preferred Profile
Experience in handling large-scale manufacturing accounts
Exposure to cost accounting and inventory management
Ability to work closely with promoters and senior leadership
