Job Summary
The Research Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, collecting and analyzing business data, preparing industry reports, tracking economic and trade trends, and supporting various research initiatives of the World Trade Centre. The role requires solid analytical skills, report-writing capabilities, and the ability to provide meaningful insights to support business development, trade promotion, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on domestic and international markets, industries, trade policies, and economic developments.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare research reports, industry studies, market intelligence reports, and business presentations.
- Monitor economic indicators, trade statistics, government policies, and regulatory changes.




- Develop databases and maintain records related to industries, businesses, trade bodies, and economic sectors.
- Support the Trade Promotion team by providing research-based inputs for business development initiatives.
- Prepare briefs, concept notes, case studies, and analytical reports for management.
- Coordinate with government agencies, trade associations, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to obtain relevant information.
- Assist in preparing content for newsletters, publications, presentations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support conferences, seminars, delegations, exhibitions, and other trade-related events by providing research and analytical support.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and maintain research documentation.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Management, Statistics, International Business, or a related field.
