We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive people strategy across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, systems and processes.
- Manage attendance, leave, discipline and employee records.
- Drive KRAs/KPIs, performance reviews, appraisals and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Plan and conduct induction, training and employee development programs.
- Coordinate payroll, salary revisions, incentives and Full & Final Settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including EPF/PF, ESIC, labour laws and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain PF/ESIC records,



employee registrations, contributions and related documentation.
- Prepare and monitor HR MIS, headcount, attrition, absenteeism and manpower reports.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
- Work closely with management and department heads on manpower and employee-related decisions.
- Continuously improve HR processes and build a skilled, disciplined and performance-driven work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration will be preferred.
- 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
- Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
