Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our ceramic tiles showroom. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable tiles, explaining product features and pricing, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.
- Recommend suitable ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, wall, floor, and other tile products.
- Explain product specifications, designs, sizes, finishes, quality, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain showroom displays, product samples, catalogues, and product information.
- Keep records of customer enquiries, quotations,



orders, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on new products, designs, trends, competitors, and market pricing.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Basic knowledge of computers, billing/quotation software, or CRM systems.
- Positive presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
- Knowledge of ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, construction materials, or interior products will be an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a professional showroom workplace.

Pay: ₹15,014.46 - ₹20,000.00 per month
