Role Description
The Travel Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling end-to-end tour and travel operations, including itinerary planning, booking flights, hotels, transport,



and activities for domestic and international trips. The individual will coordinate with vendors and partners, manage reservations, ensure accurate documentation, and provide timely updates to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing queries, preparing quotations, processing bookings, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients. The role also requires maintaining records, supporting visa and travel assistance processes, and collaborating with the sales team to deliver high-quality service.
