The Opportunity

We are looking for a
Real Estate Consultant
to join our Chennai team.

This is a full-time role suited to someone who enjoys
meeting people, building relationships, understanding businesses and properties, negotiating transactions, and seeing deals through to closure
.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and build a strong network of clients and industry contacts
- Represent clients in real estate transactions and advisory assignments
- Identify and evaluate relevant office, land and industrial property opportunities
- Engage with property owners,



occupiers, investors and other stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and support clients through the transaction process
- Drive transactions from initial engagement through
negotiation and deal closure
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, opportunities and developments

What We’re Looking For
- Good
spoken and written communication skills
- A solid desire to meet people, network and build relationships
- Sound understanding of real estate and real property concepts
- Ability and enthusiasm for sales and client engagement
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Prior experience in real estate transaction management or advisory services
is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
in any relevant discipline
