We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specilaist to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HubSpot, CRM management, Marketing Automation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, managing the marketing funnel, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns based on performance data and conversion insights.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track customer journeys, and maintain accurate lead data.
- Implement Marketing Automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, segmentation, and engagement.
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for targeted accounts and prospects.




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion, and sales pipeline movement.
- Create audience segments, retargeting campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
- Track campaign performance through dashboards and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Ensure proper tracking of leads and conversions through relevant analytics and tracking tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Valuable knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
- Understanding of CRM and lead management processes.
