We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Supply/Operations team and help us connect with cooks looking for work opportunities.
Work Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
What you’ll do
- Call cooks from the leads/database provided by the company.
- Speak with cooks and understand their location, experience, availability, preferred work type, salary expectations, and other basic details.
- Explain the work opportunity clearly and answer their basic questions.
- Follow up with interested cooks and keep them engaged through the process.
- Confirm who is interested and close the loop on who is actually coming for the next step/training/meeting and who is not.
- Maintain accurate calling and follow-up data on Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with the Supply team and share daily updates on calls, interested candidates, follow-ups and conversions.
- Take ownership of the calling funnel and work towards improving the number of cooks who move from lead → interested → confirmed → attended.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in Kannada,
Hindi and English — all three languages are required.
- Good communication skills and confidence on calls.
- Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Someone who is persistent, organised and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and getting things done, not just making calls.
