We’re looking for a
hands-on creative leader
to work closely with the
Senior Creative Director
across idea development, pitching, and execution.

crack ideas, sell them, and get them made this role is for you.

? What You’ll Do
- Develop original
IPs, formats, and branded content
- Turn briefs into sharp, creative, and winning pitch decks
- Lead end-to-end pitches —
insight → idea → narrative
- Oversee execution across
films, series, and digital content
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and other teams
- Take ownership from the initial idea through final execution

? What You Bring
- 5–8 years
of experience in content, OTT, TV, advertising, or creative agencies
- Solid track record of




pitching and winning creative work
- Ability to balance
big ideas with practical execution
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working across
brands, government projects, and digital platforms

⭐ Bonus If You Have
- Experience in
unscripted, factual, or youth-focused content
- Exposure to
fiction or large-scale content IPs
- A strong creative and industry network
