Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the SPC Flooring industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SPC flooring products, sales strategy, business development, customer acquisition, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for SPC Flooring.
- Lead, manage, train, and monitor the sales team.
- Develop new customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Expand sales across new markets and territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Monitor sales targets, pipeline, conversion, and team performance.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Handle key accounts and support the team in closing high-value orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Travel for customer meetings, market visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in SPC Flooring / Flooring / Building Materials is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Robust understanding of sales planning and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer and dealer relationship management.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹24,505.13 - ₹95,838.78 per month
