Overview:

Prodapt is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Manager to be based in one of our India offices. You'll shape ServiceNow-based, AI-led solutions spanning our workflows - combining deep telecom-native (TMT) expertise with our agentic AI capabilities, and extending this solutioning approach to adjacent, non-telco industries as Prodapt's portfolio grows - that power our sales, alliances, and product development initiatives. The role is focused on architecting proposals, and providing technical solutioning during the sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on applying AI and agentic AI methodologies to ServiceNow solution design. This role requires 8-10 years of relevant ServiceNow experience, hands-on exposure to AI-led solution design, and strong pre-sales solutioning skills

Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and alliances teams to architect ServiceNow-based, AI-led solutions across the entire TMT stack and adjacent non-telco industries for prospective deals, RFPs, and RFIs
- Provide pre-sales technical guidance across the Now Platform,



including designing AI and agentic AI-based methodologies to support deal qualification and positioning
- Deliver solution proposals, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations spotlighting Prodapt's agentic AI stack to prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders across telecom and other industry verticals
- Partner with the CTO Office to stay current on the ServiceNow platform roadmap, translating recent capabilities into sales-ready solution narratives for TMT and non-telco engagements alike
- Support competitive positioning, scoping, and pricing inputs during the sales cycle
- Act as the technical point of contact between sales, alliances, and product teams during the pre-sales phase, handing off solution designs- to delivery teams, post-sale
- Contribute to building reusable ServiceNow solution accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices that can be applied across TMT and non-telco industry v
