We are looking for motivated graduates and freshers to join our team as Marketing Associates. No previous marketing or sales experience is required — full training and mentorship are provided.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development, with a clear opportunity to progress into team leadership and management.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
- Learn and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Attend regular training, coaching, and development sessions.
- Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.

- Support and mentor new team members as you progress.
- Take on increasing responsibility based on performance.
Requirements

Compensation & Hours

Expected earnings: â‚ą12+ LPA
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Saturday.
