This role supports core finance operations across projects and central finance activities. The role focuses on financial control, reporting accuracy, compliance, and coordination across stakeholders to ensure consistency and integrity of financial outcomes.The position works closely with project teams, procurement, and senior finance leadership to strengthen financial processes, improve visibility, and support timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and consolidation of financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial transactions across projects and cost centres
- Review expense reports, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations with solid financial discipline
- Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely financial closures
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation and coordination
- Identify process improvement opportunities to strengthen finance efficiency and governance
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in commerce
- Five to eight years of experience in finance roles within real estate, construction, or related industries
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controls
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data integrity
- Effective coordination and stakeholder management capability.
