Role Summary:
The Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials, components, and products meet quality requirements, customer specifications, and applicable standards. The role involves incoming inspection, supplier quality management, documentation review, problem-solving,



and continuous improvement activities to support manufacturing and assembly operations.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials and components for physical defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify that incoming materials meet the required quantity and quality requirements.
- Record, maintain, and communicate inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create, review, update, and maintain incoming inspection sampling plans based on product criticality and supplier performance.
- Ensure supplier Material Test Certificates (MTCs), quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Review supplier quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and company requirements.
