Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-focused Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate relevant leads and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across relevant platforms and campaign types.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms for campaigns.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns, ad copies, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and advertising spend.




- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, keywords, audiences, and landing pages where required.
- Prepare basic performance reports and share campaign insights.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team to understand campaign requirements and lead-generation goals.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- 6 months or more of hands-on experience in Google Ads or paid search advertising.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, and conversion tracking.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
