Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and proactive Support Staff to assist with day-to-day office activities and provide operational support to different departments. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, quick to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and assist employees with routine requirements.
- Handle document movement, filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist with courier, parcel collection, dispatch, and delivery-related activities.
- Support office housekeeping and ensure common areas are maintained properly.




- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and other office requirements.
- Help with movement and arrangement of office materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor basic stationery, pantry, and office supply requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service personnel whenever required.
- Assist the Admin/HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Support different departments with assigned tasks and operational requirements.
- Report maintenance, electrical, plumbing, equipment, or other facility-related issues promptly.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the given timeline.
- Follow company policies, workplace discipline, and safety procedures.
- Take up additional responsibilities as assigned by the Admin/HR or reporting manager.
