Role Description The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth,



managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base for Mount Roofing & Structures products within the assigned region. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves developing regional sales strategies, identifying recent business opportunities, and achieving revenue and margin targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a regional sales team, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role also includes monitoring market trends and competitor activities, participating in trade events, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align regional activities with overall business goals and maintain solid, long-term customer relationships.
