Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Auto CAD Drafter & Project Coordinator who can handle not only technical drawings but also oversee day-to-day project-related work.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate 2 D/3 D Auto CAD drawings for civil, plumbing, electrical, and architectural requirements.
Coordinate and follow up on overall project activities, not limited to drafting.
Manage project documents, drawings, revisions, measurements, quantities, and records.
Work confidently with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
Coordinate with engineers, designers, vendors, contractors, and other teams.
Track deadlines, pending tasks, and project progress to ensure timely completion.
Review all work carefully and maintain high accuracy and precision in drawings, documents, measurements, and project details.
Take ownership of tasks, identify issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day project execution.
Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Auto CAD.

Strong knowledge of technical drafting principles and standards.

Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 - 10 year of relevant experience in Auto CAD drafting/project coordination.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Experience working with civil, electrical, plumbing, architectural, or interior projects.
Knowledge of additional CAD/design software is an advantage.
