> B2 B Sales qualified with a robust track record of selling BPO/KPO services to US Retail & e Commerce clients
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition for Retail BPO/KPO services
Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across US Retail and e Commerce organizations.
Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver scalable outsourcing solutions.
We're Looking For:
8–12 years of B2 B sales experience selling BPO/KPO services to US clients.
Solid understanding of Retail Content, e Commerce operations, and Digital Catalog Management.
Experience managing enterprise clients across US time zones.
Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho.
MBA is preferred.
