ies Production Operations Managem
ent Lead complete production operations for leather jackets across cutting, stitching, finishing, washing, and packing proces ses Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in line with shipment pl ans Drive production efficiency, line balancing, and capacity utilization across the fact ory Monitor productivity, absenteeism, DHU,



rejection levels, and overall operational performa nce
Factory & Workforce Manage
ment Manage large production teams including supervisors, line leaders, mechanics, and opera tors Handle operations of a 300+ machine manufacturing s etup Ensure optimum manpower deployment and workforce discipline on the shop f loor Develop second-line leadership and create a high-performance manufacturing cul ture
Industrial Engineering & Product
ivity Work closely with IE teams for SMV improvements, layout optimization, and bottleneck redu ction Implement lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement prac tices Drive efficiency enhancement programs to improve output and reduce operational l osses
Quality & Comp
liance Ensure adherence to buyer quality standards and internal quality s ystems Minimize rework, alteration, and rejection percentages through solid process co ntrols Coordinate with QA teams
