Role Description The Sales Manager – Drones and Spray Services is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City,



responsible for driving sales growth for drone hardware, spraying services, and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and converting current business opportunities, managing key customer accounts in agriculture, industry, and government sectors, and building solid relationships with distributors, partners, and clients. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, coordinating field trials, and presenting technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, technical, and marketing teams to design sales campaigns, forecast demand, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Regular tasks also include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and contributing to pricing and go-to-market strategies for DaaS offerings.
