For our Recruitment / Staffing business, we are seeking a high-performing Business Manager with proven experience in recent client acquisition for contract staffing, strong commercial understanding, and deep industry networks. The role is primarily focused on business development, sales, revenue growth, and margin management across multiple industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition for permanent recruitment, contract staffing services, RPO, and payroll solutions across IT and Non-IT sectors Identify, prospect, and onboard clients through cold calling, cold prospecting, networking, and referrals Build and manage robust relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders Own end-to-end commercial discussions including bill rates, mark-ups, gross margin, net margin,



and EBITDA impact Develop and execute account acquisition strategies for industries such as: IT / Digital / Product & Services EPC, Infrastructure & Construction Healthcare / Pharma / Life Sciences Automotive & Auto Ancillaries Oil & Gas Energy, Power & Renewables Manufacturing, Engineering & Industrial Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment and client satisfaction Should have the confidence to generate business from the get-go. Track revenue, billing, collections, and profitability for assigned accounts Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks Key Skills & Competencies
Robust understanding of contract staffing business model Clear knowledge of billability, gross margin, net margin, EBITDA, and pricing structures Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, and client hunting Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
