Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who are eager to build a career in Business Development. As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our BD team on live projects, gaining real-world experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients and business leads
Support the BD team in pitching ScaleOXperts services to prospects




Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations
Research market trends and identify new business prospects
Maintain and update lead tracker and CRM records
Build and nurture skilled relationships with prospects
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Who Can Apply
Students or fresh graduates pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com or any relevant degree
Robust communication and interpersonal skills — verbal and written
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
Comfortable working remotely with fixed shift timings
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office is a plus
Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Freshers are welcome — training will be provided
