We are looking for an aggressive, persuasive, and experienced B2B Tele-Calling Specialist. In this role, you will be the vital bridge connecting business decision-makers (CFOs, Managing Directors, IT Heads, and Operations Managers) with our solutions team.



The ideal candidate thrives in value-driven conversations, understands commercial workflows, and knows how to turn cold leads into qualified product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Pipeline Generation: Conduct structured B2B outbound calls to qualified business leads across key target sectors (Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Multi-branch Enterprises).
- Consultative Pitching: Articulate the value proposition of Quarto ERP, focusing on operational visibility, automated workflows, and rapid deployment capabilities.
- Lead Qualification: Identify prospective client pain points, current software setups, decision timelines, and budget readiness before booking technical product demos for Senior ERP Consultants.
- CRM Management: Maintain clean records, conversation logs, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules directly in the company CRM.
