Assist the Chef/Sous Chef in the preparation of Indian vegetarian dishes, Chaat and Street Food.

Prepare and cook food as per the restaurant’s standard recipes, quality and presentation guidelines.

Have positive knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, chutneys, marinades and basic cooking techniques.

Handle preparation of various Chaat and Indian Street Food items efficiently.

Maintain consistency in taste, quality and portion control.

Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials.

Coordinate with senior kitchen staff for smooth day-to-day operations.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper utilization of ingredients.

Follow all company and kitchen SOPs.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
