Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 510 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or branch operations.
- Prior experience in a Branch Manager / Transport Manager / Fleet Manager / Operations Manager role will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, vehicle maintenance, transportation cost control, and driver management.
- Valuable understanding of RTO rules, vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and statutory compliance.




- Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to manage drivers, supervisors, vendors, and branch staff.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS, Excel, operational reports, and KPI monitoring.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles, routes, and operational activities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by transportation operations.
- Experience in cost optimization and improving fleet utilization will be an added advantage.
