Site Supervisor – Bio Septic Tank Installation

Location: Thalambur, OMR – Navalur (within approximately 15 km)
Work Mode: On-site / Field
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage Bio Septic Tank installation activities at customer and project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating with customers and contractors, monitoring installation quality, and ensuring timely completion of site work.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Bio Septic Tank installation at customer sites
- Coordinate workers, fitters, and civil labour
- Check site dimensions, levels, measurements, and installation requirements
- Ensure proper installation, finishing, quality, and safety
- Coordinate with customers, builders, contractors, and site teams
- Monitor material movement and identify site requirements
- Plan and monitor daily site activities and installation timelines
- Take site photographs and provide daily work updates




- Resolve basic site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision preferred
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements
- Good labour and team management skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate site activities
- Positive communication skills for dealing with customers and contractors
- Knowledge of quality and safety practices
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites within the assigned area

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in construction, civil site supervision, septic tank installation, plumbing, or related site-based work will be preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month, based on experience and suitability.
