Role & responsibilities
- Familiar with reactor maintenance and associated equipment such as valves, pumps, scrubbers, heat exchangers, actuators, electropneumatic systems, screw conveyor, divertor valves & weighing equipment.
- Handle breakdown of equipment like centrifugal blowers, pumps, screw pumps, Gear Box. Alignment of blower and pump is mandatory.
- Belt, bearing replacement., seal replacement. basic lubrication systems such as Oiling, greasing as per equipment manufactures specification. Able to identify the Oil and Grease Grade for Proper application.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of agitators, Rotex pneumatic control valve, diaphragm pump, solenoid valves etc.
- Having Experience of Pneumatic System - Like Repairing of Cylinder and Replacement Work.
- Having Experience in Trouble shooting of Hoist / Crane. Sound Knowledge in Electro Pneumatic control Valves, actuators, differential pressure valves etc.
- Experience in minor repairs of MHE is added advantage.
