About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our Production team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the localization industry by supporting multilingual content delivery, project coordination, and quality processes. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production team in coordinating localisation and translation projects.
- Track project timelines and update project status.
- Support file preparation, organisation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, linguists, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Perform basic quality checks before project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project records and reports.
- Follow company processes, quality standards,
and delivery timelines.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project production as assigned.
Required Skills
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
