We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Omnichannel Management Executive to manage day-to-day operations across all online marketplaces and sales channels. The role involves ensuring smooth order processing, shipping, inventory management, returns handling, billing, and warehouse coordination to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily orders across all sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
- Coordinate and ensure timely shipping of all customer orders.
- Monitor packed parcels for accuracy before dispatch.
- Handle returns, RTOs, replacements, and damage claims with courier partners and marketplaces.
- Process return and shipping claims within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory across all marketplaces and warehouse stock.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Generate invoices, bills, and shipping documents accurately.




- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor order status, shipment delays, and delivery performance.
- Ensure marketplace SLAs and dispatch timelines are consistently met.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
- Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify).
- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Understanding of shipping and logistics processes.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
