Role - Solution Architect

Location - Bangalore/Hyderabad

The Delivery Excellence Tech Enablement team is seeking a highly hands-on and execution-focused Architect to lead end-to-end technical strategy, design, and implementation across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The Architect plays a critical role in shaping scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while ensuring alignment with platform-wide standards and long-term engineering direction.

The Architect serves as a technical leader who operates deeply in the code, partnering closely with engineers through practical guidance, pull request participation, and day-to-day mentorship. This role drives architectural clarity and consistency across teams, leading cross-team initiatives, collaborating with technical leaders, and enabling engineering teams to deliver with confidence and technical excellence.

This position also acts as a technical anchor for multiple offshore teams, ensuring adherence to architectural patterns, engineering best practices, and product objectives.



Beyond design and governance, the Architect actively supports coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and deliverypromoting strong execution, architectural integrity, and a best-in-class developer experience.

Key Role Information
- 10+ years in engineering or architecture roles, with proven experience designing and delivering up-to-date software solutions.
- This is a hands-on role, therefore you need to be comfortable writing and reviewing code (ideally JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Microservices, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of engineering execution from planning and estimation to CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technical deliveries while staying close to the work.
