About ReachX

ReachX is a MediaTech startup that empowers brands to strengthen their market positioning, build meaningful customer connections, and drive measurable sales growth through creative media and advertising solutions.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for ReachX.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, business owners, advertising agencies, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings and effectively communicate the value proposition of ReachX.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and post-sales relationship management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns and projects.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client information, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ReachX services to existing clients.
- Represent ReachX at industry events, networking meetings, conferences, and client engagements.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing or related field is required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in media sales, advertising sales, media agencies, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of the advertising, media, branding.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Robust negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management abilities.
