Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated entry-level professional to join our hospital team in the Medicine department. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care across various clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and critical care units. Responsibilities

- Assist in the management and monitoring of patients within the In-Patient Department (IPD) to ensure continuous and effective care.
- Perform and interpret Electrocardiogram (ECG) tests to support diagnostic processes for cardiac conditions.
- Provide essential nursing and clinical support within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for critically ill patients.
- Manage patient flow and initial assessments in the Out-Patient Department (OPD)



to facilitate efficient consultations.
- Collaborate with senior medical staff to implement treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards in all clinical activities.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a relevant degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or allied health sciences.
- No prior work experience is required; a solid willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Foundational knowledge and practical understanding of IPD operations, ECG procedures, ICU protocols, and OPD workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment with a focus on patient well-being.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
