Role Description
The Organisation Psychology & Research Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the design and execution of organizational research projects, including creating survey instruments, conducting interviews or focus groups, and data collection. Day-to-day work will involve analyzing quantitative and qualitative data,



preparing summaries and reports, and contributing to insights that inform client recommendations. The intern will help develop presentations and research-based content for clients, collaborate with consultants on ongoing projects, and support documentation and project coordination. The role offers exposure to applied organizational psychology, evidence-based consulting practices, and client-facing work in a professional setting.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in organizational/industrial psychology, human behavior, or related social sciences, with ongoing or completed graduate or postgraduate studies preferred.
- Research skills including literature review, research design, survey development, and basic statistical analysis (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar tools).
