Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident and well-spoken Customer Relationship Manager to manage premium client relationships, coordinate with retail partners and boutiques, support sales activities, and represent the brand at exhibitions and fashion events.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a sales-oriented approach, and the ability to interact professionally with premium customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp and in-person communication.
- Understand client requirements, preferences and feedback and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a smooth and premium customer experience.




- Handle walk-in customers and assist them with basic product information and requirements.

Retailer & Boutique Coordination
- Coordinate with premium stores, retailers and designer boutiques associated with the brand.
- Maintain regular communication with existing retail and boutique clients.
- Collect feedback regarding products, customer response, sales and market requirements.
- Coordinate product requirements, availability, dispatches and other day-to-day requirements with relevant teams.
- Explore opportunities to expand the brand through new retailers, boutiques and premium stores.

Sales & Business Development
- Support and drive product sales through existing clients, retail partners and boutique networks.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and new client acquisition.
