is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Sales Coordinator

to strengthen our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the sales team in managing daily sales activities.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales documentation.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other departments.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service-related issues.
- Support the sales team in maintaining solid and long-term customer relationships.

Who Should Apply?
- 5+ years of experience

in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Experience in
laminates, building materials, interior products, furniture, or related industries

will be an advantage.
