RK Swamy is looking to hire an accounts and finance qualified having experience in end-to-end accounts preferably in the service industry.

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Qualification: Graduate or PG in related fields

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end
Accounts Receivable
process, including preparation, issuance, and accounting of sales invoices, while ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Handle the
Accounts Payable
function, including accounting of vendor invoices, processing payments, reconciliation of vendor accounts, and adjustment of employee/vendor advances.
- Ensure accurate computation, deduction, accounting, and statutory compliance related to
GST and TDS
, along with supporting periodic filings and reconciliations.




- Review and analyse
trade payables
on a regular basis, identify outstanding or overdue balances, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for resolution, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to optimize payable management.
- Perform periodic account reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
