Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales mis reporting, including data entry, analysis, and visualization using advanced excel skills.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports on sales performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through CRM software (SAP).
- Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Mis reporting or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills with expertise in pivot tables, macros, HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP functions.
- Proficiency in SAP system with knowledge of CRM module.
