- Application support experience in core banking / fintech, with focus on iPaaS, SaaS and Cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Duco (preferred); alternatively, Xceptor, IntelliMatch, or TLM.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation frameworks, regulatory functions, Nostro accounts, and application integration workflows.
- Infrastructure management across distributed and hybrid architectures (cloud-native + on-premises integration modules).
- Proficiency in monitoring and job scheduling tools; robust understanding of observability tools and techniques.
- Understanding of banking operations, finance and risk processes; familiarity with ITSM frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business, Operations, and technology stakeholders to refine reference data requirements and validation rules and ensure technical readiness for Go-live.
