Job Overview

SDLC Infotech is hiring Business Development Executives / BDMs for our US Staffing team.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in US Staffing, International Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition and Recruitment.

Candidates with good communication skills, confidence and a willingness to work in a US night shift are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Generate and qualify business leads
- Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead records
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets




- Research US staffing companies and potential clients
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- 0–1 year of experience in BDM, Business Development, Sales, US Staffing or International Sales
- Graduates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, MBA, or other non-B.Tech backgrounds
- B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this position
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Confident personality and valuable convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with US clients over the phone
- Willing to work in a night shift / US shift
- Candidates looking to build a long-term career in international business development are preferred
