We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven professional to join our growing team.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in Internet-based Smart Home Automation, Home Automation, Electrical, AV, ELV, Security Systems, IoT, or Building Automation.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

Strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, electrical contractors, and channel partners.

Identify and appoint interior studios, kitchen and wardrobe showrooms, architects, and other suitable businesses as H-SMART channel partners and dealer points.

Develop and grow the H-SMART dealer and referral network across Chennai.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable internet-based smart home solutions through a consultative sales approach.

Conduct showroom demonstrations, client meetings, site visits,



product presentations, and solution discussions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into successful projects.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, dealers, and channel partners.

Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional customer experience.

Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Compensation
