Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Bengaluru with opportunities for partial remote work, focuses on driving business growth as a Senior Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for NA Market, generating quality leads, managing sales funnels, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to contribute to revenue targets.
The role also involves understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals while representing Fielddrive’s innovative and sustainable event solutions to a global audience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business opportunities.
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Development with a track record of meeting targets and building client relationships.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal, for clear and effective client engagement.
- Ability to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the event technology industry and client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
