We are looking for an
AI Strategy & Governance Lead
to drive enterprise AI strategy, governance, use-case prioritisation and transformation roadmap for a high-impact AI strategy engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead
AI strategy, readiness assessment and transformation planning
.
- Define
AI governance, Responsible AI, risk and operating model
recommendations.
- Lead
AI use-case ideation, evaluation and prioritisation
based on value, feasibility, risk and readiness.
- Develop
AI roadmaps, strategic recommendations and executive-level materials
.
- Facilitate workshops with
senior business and technology stakeholders
.
- Partner with architecture and delivery teams to ensure strategy is
practical and implementation-ready
.

Requirements
- 7+ years in
Strategy Consulting, AI Advisory, Digital Transformation, Governance, Risk
or related fields.
- Robust experience in
Enterprise AI Strategy,



Governance and Use-Case Prioritisation
.
- Experience developing
maturity assessments, governance frameworks, roadmaps and strategic recommendations
.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex AI/technology concepts into
clear business outcomes
.
- Experience with
Responsible AI, privacy, compliance or model risk
is a plus.
- Energy, infrastructure, utilities or other regulated-industry experience is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data or related field.

**NOTE - This is a senior position, it's a contracting or independent consulting with a scope for long-term extension. We're hopeful this will go beyond 3 months.
