Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Sales & Distribution professional
to lead business development and AUM mobilisation across
PMS, AIF, Offshore Funds, Advisory and other investment products
.

The role will focus on developing and managing relationships with
National Distributors, HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices and other strategic investors
, while simultaneously building and leading a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate should bring an established network across the wealth management and investment distribution ecosystem, strong product understanding, proven AUM mobilisation capabilities and the ability to independently drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front to build
Assets under Management (AUM)
across PMS, AIF, Offshore Funds, Advisory and other investment products.
- Develop and manage relationships with




National Distributors, HNIs, UHNIs and Family Offices
.
- Leverage an existing network of distributors and investors to generate recent business opportunities.
- Identify, onboard and develop appropriate
National Distributors and Direct Investors
aligned with the organisation's product offerings.
- Build a strong and sustainable
sales pipeline and business funnel
across distribution and direct-client segments.
- Understand investor requirements and recommend appropriate investment products and solutions based on suitability and product fit.
- Establish strong and long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors and distribution partners.
- Drive AUM growth through effective advisory, relationship management, product positioning and investor engagement.
- Develop in-depth subject-matter expertise across relevant investment products and asset classes.
