Role Purpose

The Lead Marketing Excellence will drive strategic marketing capability and brand excellence across assigned therapy areas/business clusters. The role will partner closely with Business Unit leaders and marketing teams to strengthen brand strategy, launch excellence, portfolio planning, and execution quality across priority brands.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on enabling scalable, insight-led, and differentiated marketing across the organization. The role holder will act as a strategic partner to business teams while institutionalizing best-in-class marketing practices and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Portfolio Strategy
- Partner with Business Units to develop integrated brand strategies and growth roadmaps for priority brands and therapy portfolios.
- Support businesses in identifying growth opportunities across market segments, patient journeys, customer archetypes, and competitive landscapes.




- Drive sharper brand positioning, differentiation strategies, and portfolio prioritization across assigned therapies/clusters.
- Participate in key business reviews and strategic planning forums to shape long-term brand and therapy strategies.

Launch Excellence
- Lead end-to-end launch excellence for recent products within assigned therapy/business clusters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure robust go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and execution alignment.
- Establish structured launch frameworks, review mechanisms, and post-launch tracking processes.

Marketing Excellence & Capability Building
- Institutionalize standardized marketing excellence frameworks, processes, and best practices across businesses.
- Drive consistency in strategic planning, brand planning, customer engagement, and campaign evaluation approaches.
- Identify capability gaps and support capability-building initiative
