U.S Residential Mortgage Underwriting

Responsibilities/Expertise:
- A Minimum of 4+ years work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in US Residential Underwriting
- Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital
- Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios
- Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction
- Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)
- Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection
- Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly
- Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
- Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
