We are looking for an experienced
WebLogic Administrator
responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle WebLogic Server environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer
Oracle WebLogic Server
.
- Manage WebLogic domains, Admin Servers, Managed Servers, clusters, and Node Managers.
- Perform WebLogic deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Monitor application server performance, JVM health, logs, and server availability.
- Troubleshoot application/server issues, connectivity problems, deployment failures, and performance issues.
- Configure
WebLogic clusters, load balancing, and high availability
.
- Manage JDBC data sources, connection pools, JMS, queues, and related WebLogic components.
- Perform JVM tuning and memory/performance optimization.
- Work with application, database, middleware,



and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.
- Automate administrative tasks using
WLST, Shell scripting, or Python
.
- Support WebLogic security configuration, SSL certificates, keystores, and authentication.
- Participate in production deployments, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
