Role Description
• Actively follow up on business development activities, lead generation, and prospects for the marketing and sales team, ensuring timely completion.
• Working on Domestic & International Sales
• Working on Strategies and implementing new things
• Revenue generation
• Driving the business
• Achieving the Sales Number
• Driving the Team and Motivating them
• Responsible for the scheduling, ordering and tracking of all events organized by the company.
• Working closely with the clients to create recent business opportunities.
• Plans, execute on the deliverables and measure their success.




• Experience in sales and marketing with internal and external clients is desirable.
• Vendor Management
• Manages the Events logistics (sending information to participants, billing information, etc.)
• Process invoices and checks the invoices against orders.
• Preparing Presentations for Events and MIS for Events programs.
• Perform any other tasks as per assignments given by the manager as per departmental requirements.
Salary - Fixed + Variables

Qualifications
Proficiency in Delegate Acquisition and Conference Sales.
Understanding of Business Development and broader Sales strategies
Robust Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze metrics and produce insightful reports
Creative mindset with knowledge of Sales trends and engagement strategies
Proficiency in achieving Sales Target
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
