Key Responsibilities :
Creative Development: Design marketing collateral including corporate presentations, event creatives, social media assets, infographics, case studies, whitepapers, email templates, and digital ads. Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent, premium look and feel across touchpoints. Quarterly Refreshes: Reimagine and update corporate decks and visual assets quarterly to maintain a fresh and creative brand image. Agency & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external design agencies and freelancers, provide clear briefs, review output, and manage delivery timelines. Campaign Support:
Work closely with marketing managers to translate campaign briefs into high-impact visual storytelling that engages our target audience. Video & Motion Graphics: Develop short-form video content, animations, and reels to support events, campaigns, and product storytelling. Innovation & Experimentation: Leverage AI tools, automation, and recent design trends to streamline production and introduce creative efficiencies. Quality & Time Management: Balance multiple priorities, deliver on time, and uphold exceptional design quality under tight deadlines. Required Skills & Experience :
4–8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a B2 B technology or IT services workplace (agency or in-house). Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
