Role: Sr. Network Administrator
Location: Delhi Bangalore & Hyderabad
Contract
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Administer and monitor Aruba Central environments, including wired and wireless networks.
• Configure and manage Aruba ClearPass for network access control, authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement.
• Manage FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, routing, HA, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using appropriate management and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Implement network security best practices and access-control policies.
• Perform configuration changes, upgrades, patching, and network optimization.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in network implementation, migration,



and upgrade projects.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve escalated network issues.
Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years of overall experience in network administration/network engineering.
• Solid hands-on experience with Aruba Central.
• Solid hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass.
• Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate/Fortinet firewalls.
• Positive understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and network security.
• Experience with authentication protocols such as 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage critical network incidents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Certifications
• Aruba ACMA / ACMP / ACSA or equivalent
• Fortinet NSE / FCP / FCSS or equivalent
• CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification
